My name is Kate (The Monday Coach) - welcome!
I am a qualified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, and Life Coach, with a BSc in Health & Performance Science and an MSc in Business Management.
I work with people who are tired of the quick fixes that don’t last. My ‘back to basics’ philosophy towards health isn’t groundbreaking, but it has proven to be powerful.
What does The Monday Coach do?
Through 1-to-1 coaching, group workshops and classes, I work with people who are busy, chronically stressed and tired of trying the latest health ‘hacks’ and fad diets only to end up back where they started but with less self-confidence than before.
My philosophy: True health is not just the absence of disease or the number on a weighing scales. True health is a feeling of vitality and happiness.

Pilates Classes
A form of mindful movement, Pilates uses controlled exercises to strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and increase body awareness. I offer group and private Mat and Reformer Pilates classes (online and in person).
