What is Health Coaching?
Remember, health is not just the absence of disease. Health is a feeling of vitality, wholeness & happiness, meaning it is impacted by much more than just exercise and food.
Perhaps you’re struggling with nutrition and sleep, or maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed in your career, or experiencing a sense of loneliness. Perhaps you can’t quite put your finger on why you’re not feeling happy.
Together, we will work towards balancing and enhancing the different dimensions of life that impact your health, from movement and nutrition to sleep, career, social connection and more.
We will take it one online Health Coaching Session at a time. You do not need to commit to a programme or a specific number of sessions. This is a completely flexible way to take control of your health & happiness.
Elements of a Health Coaching Session

We will always set a new goal or check in on current goals at the start of our Health Coaching Session. I like to use our very first session together to kick off your health journey by diving into your current lifestyle and carving out a goal that feels right to you.

You will leave every Health Coaching Session with clear actions. We will spend time coming up with the best plan to achieve your goal, one that feels right to you.
In the process, we’ll dive into what may be holding you back and anticipate how to overcome future obstacles in pursuit of your goal, meaning you leave the session feeling fully prepared and motivated to take action.

I am your partner on this journey. I will hold you accountable to your actions and goals, providing guidance and education when needed. We are in this together!
