I love how creative Kate's classes are. You can tell she puts in so much work to make them feel smooth and seamless. I've gained so much muscle tone which I never thought was possible from pilates. I'll admit that I always thought pilates was just stretching. Not anymore! I think I've finally found a type of exercise that I don't dread. Thanks so much Kate.

Kate is so calm and I always leave her classes feeling so peaceful. Don't get me wrong, her classes are challenging (in a great way)! The Mindset Pilates on Monday mornings helps me feel so calm going into my week. I really love the mid-week check-in Kate also emails out to everyone. The Thursday evening class is also so nice and cosy. I love going into my Friday feeling energised and happy. Keep doing what you're doing Kate!"
