Pilates is a form of mindful movement that uses controlled exercises to strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and increase body awareness.


My teaching style blends classical and contemporary Pilates to suit all ages and abilities, leaving you feeling both strong and grounded.

Class Types

Mindset Pilates

Get your Monday off to the best start! These online group classes combine Mat Pilates and Mindfulness techniques from goal-setting to journaling, meditation and more. After 40-minutes you will feel physically and mentally prepared for the week ahead. Suitable for all ages and abilities, all you need is a mat (or carpet!), journal and pen.

Pilates

These Mat Pilates classes are designed to build strength, mobility, flexibility, body awareness, and a mood boost! While all classes will provide a full-body workout, some may focus on a particular theme or part of the body. Classes are 40-minutes and take place live over Zoom. Suitable for all ages and abilities, all you need is a mat (or carpet!).

Private Classes (1-to-1)

Let’s create a class or programme that suits you, your body, and your lifestyle. Classes can be online (via Zoom) or in your home (if you're in Dublin). Choose from Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates blended with Mindset activities, or Reformer Pilates (if you have a Reformer or would like to book a private studio).

Corporate Classes & Events

Group movement brings people and teams together in a powerful way. Let’s create a class or workshop tailored to you, your team or event. This can be online or in-person at your venue, and can include Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates blended with Mindset activities, or Reformer Pilates.
