Instructions:

  1. Download the challenge schedule below.

  2. Save your challenge PDF to your device. You’ll also receive the challenge via email within 24hrs (please check your spam folder if not).

  3. Watch the welcome video & subscribe: click ‘Welcome Message’ on Day 1 of the schedule. This will bring you to a Youtube video. Don’t forget to hit the ‘Subscribe’ button on my YouTube channel so you can keep up to date with all of my new classes!

  4. Book into the weekly live classes here. These live classes will help to hold you accountable and feel part of the community. We’re in this together!

  5. Follow me or get in touch: I’ll be aiming to share some useful tips & motivation on Instagram @themondaycoach. Message me there if you have any questions along the way, or email info@themondaycoach.com. I’m here for you.

  6. Progress beats perfection. Expect obstacles. If you miss a day or two on the schedule, it’s no big deal. It’s what you do next that matters. Pick up where you left off. We’re playing the long game here!
