Personal Training & Health Coaching

Remember, health is not just the absence of disease. Health is a feeling of vitality, wholeness & happiness, meaning it is impacted by much more than just exercise. You may be keen to improve your physical health, but perhaps there are also other areas of your life that are calling out for attention. Maybe you’re struggling with nutrition and sleep, or feeling overwhelmed in your career, or experiencing loneliness. Perhaps you’re feeling unsettled in your home environment, or a lack of fun, or maybe you can’t quite put your finger on why you’re not feeling happy.

Together, we will uncover the areas of your life that deserve a bit more attention and set goals towards becoming the healthiest & happiest version of yourself.

You will not only be guided through an online personal exercise programme that works around your individual lifestyle, but also regular online health coaching in order to balance and enhance all the other dimensions of life that impact your health, from nutrition to sleep, career, connection and more.

What is included in this Programme?

  • A Discovery Session: We will use this session to kick off your health journey by assessing your current lifestyle and setting new personal training & health coaching goals.

  • A Personal Training Programme: This programme will be tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle. We will have monthly 30-Minute Personal Training Check-in Calls in order to track your progress, update your programme and answer any questions you might have.

  • Health Coaching Sessions: Each month, we will have a 1-hour Health Coaching Session via video call. These will be separate to the Personal Training Check-in Calls. We will use these sessions to track your progress towards your health goals outside of exercise and come up with tools to help overcome current challenges with the aim of driving sustainable behavioural change. We will also set new multi-dimensional health goals for the upcoming month.

  • Weekly Message Check-ins: I will message you via email, Whatsapp or text (your choice!) in order to ensure you are feeling motivated and on track with both your personal training and health coaching goals, as well as to answer any questions you may have. We are in this together!

What will the Personal Training Programme look like?

Unfortunately, I have first hand experience of the downfalls of one-size-fits-all exercise programmes. Everyone is bio-individual, i.e. we are all unique when it comes to body type, joint health, fitness and exercise preferences. Your safety and enjoyment of physical activity are my absolute priorities, as without these elements we can’t achieve long-term sustainable change. I will take the time to understand your health goals and assess your current fitness level before creating a personalised exercise programme that works for you. 

Depending on your preferences and goals, the programme could be designed for the gym. However, I recognise that the gym can be intimidating for some, especially if you are starting a new exercise journey. Perhaps you are looking for a programme to complete at home, a programme that incorporates classes you are keen to attend (e.g. pilates, yoga), or maybe you are keen to focus more on walking or running. Whatever your preferences, we will create the right programme for you that will be easy to access through a free app on your phone.

What Will the Health Coaching Sessions Look Like?

We will delve into the areas outside of exercise that impact your health, from sleep to career, home environment, connection, nutrition and more. Together, we will uncover the areas that, with a bit more care and attention, could greatly improve your health & happiness.

During our monthly Health Coaching Sessions, we will track your progress against the goals we set in the previous session, and delve into tools & education that will help you to overcome challenges and prioritise long-term behavioural change.

Remember, health is not a final destination. Health is about making decisions everyday that prioritise your body & mind. Health Coaching aims to equip you with the skills to be able to access these decision making powers for the rest of your life.
